This is the decisive decade. Humanity is facing complex and pressing challenges ranging from climate change and biodiversity loss to antibiotic resistance. It’s urgent and we know it. But despite the knowledge, despite scientists’ continuous warnings and rising CO2 levels, despite youth begging us to effect change for them to inherit a liveable planet, we do not act fast enough.
We have no time to lose. All of us — governments, private businesses, individuals — we all need to take action. Now.
|
|
Therefore, Another Tomorrow has joined forces with Sustainio, founded by three of Europe’s leading climate researchers, to offer the most action-oriented climate transformation program there is. Together, we help organisations turn their complex sustainability ambitions into practical actions and real impact.
Our joint conviction? The escalating warming of the planet is not caused by lack of knowledge, but rather the inability of individuals and organisations to act. This inertia is perhaps the world’s biggest and most consequential failure. And turning things around is our most critical responsibility. How? The inability can be explained scientifically by Collective Action Theory and hence be overcome through methods developed in social and behavioural sciences. We believe that enabling action at scale is the responsibility of our lifetime. And we have a chance to make a difference.

The researchers at Sustainio are experts in the field of Collective Action, what makes people and organisations take action despite the interdependence of multiple players in an ecosystem. Their multidisciplinary team is specialised in politics, behavioural science, economics and psychology. They are advisors to the UN and the Swedish government amongst others worldwide and are committed to bring evidence-based knowledge into practice.

The program is offered to management teams starting from a 1-day overview to transformations spanning over 6 months. Wow, that was a lot of information but hey, you won't hear from us for a few weeks now so at least you've got yourself some reading material until we're back.
And with that being said, we wish you a lovely summer with lots of sun, early morning dips, salty crisps, ice cold drinks, and whatever else makes you happy!
