Love Letter #20

*|MC:SUBJECT|*
Hej,

As always, we hope you're well. Before we all go on a hunt for Easter eggs, we've got some real good stuff for you. An introduction to the AT Sprint setup, some news on the website front and an invitation to a talk with Creative Director Joe. Plus some interesting finds regarding hybrid workplaces and a look at one year of remote work.
01 Harnessing the Power of Collaboration

In the past weeks, we've been putting together a Sprint split into two days for an education client. Day one consisted of the Discovery part and day two focused on Ideation and Prototyping. The result? Four visual ideas for a digital solution that needs to cater to the whole organisation made up of 400+ employees and 4000+ students.

"Business development and teambuilding combined"

said the organisation's CEO at the end of the first day. For us at Another Tomorrow it was very rewarding to see that the Sprint can not only be conducted but also scaled up in a remote setting. We used Miro to create the whole experience and even introduced a second tool for the video prototypes on day two - Loom. This way we could ensure a rewarding and fun experience for the participants who were not only part of creating a potential solution for their organisation but also learned two new digital tools that can be used in their day-to-day work.

02 Save the Date
> Innovation Talks — The Doers and Makers
As we're preparing for Tomorrow Club #5, we obviously love joining other fun events. Susanne Fuglsang, Founder of Innovation Pioneers, and Peter Sandberg, Founder of the podcast Spinnovation, have recently started Innovation Talks on Clubhouse. AT's Creative Director Joe Coppard will be joining the first session talking about innovation as a learning driver. We'd love for you to be there! April 14th, 8 pm on Clubhouse (iOS only).
03 Springclean
A selection of milestones we're proud of.
In the past weeks we've been working on improvements and changes to our website. Check out the newly established blog, collecting activities, memories and lots more. Plus we've added a few short notes on what we've accomplished together with our clients (tap on shoulder). Check it out and let us know what you think. Also, there's more to come very soon!
04 Inspiration
> Is Remote Work Working?
A report by Miro after one year of working from home. The key findings
  • A majority of remote workers say working from home has improved their relationship with kids and partners.
  • Virtual meetings are failing to drive sustainable levels of engagement.
  • Working from home is challenging routines.
  • Disconnection from workplaces might be challenging our mental health.

And finally, HAPPY EASTER from the whole Another Tomorrow team!
