Who is Climate Leadership Academy for?
This training will help give individuals in your organisation the agency and knowledge necessary to play a part in the overall green transition, regardless of their role or departmental affiliation.
You can choose to upskill a specific team, with the added benefit of strengthening their collective resolve, or put together a cross-disciplinary group with representatives from different parts of the organisation.
Why is it important?
This training will generate knowledgeable ambassadors throughout the organisation, making sure employees are motivated and able to contribute to the transition within their respective disciplines. You can avoid passive resistance in the face of change, and instead bring your employees into the transition in a meaningful way.
