Collaboration in Complex Times
“Only a crisis, actual or perceived, produces real change… When that crisis occurs the actions that are taken depend on the ideas lying around. Seemingly impossible ideas become possible.”
Just a few weeks ago, it became apparent that the world was under attack. Today most of us are in lockdown. Irreversible impact to individuals, organisations and society has begun. The road ahead is extremely unclear. We are living in a time of radical uncertainty. At Another Tomorrow, we believe that the best ideas can come in uncertain times and have felt a strong urge to step in and support individuals and companies in any way we can.
To explore this radical uncertainty with hope and creativity we created our first Online Discovery Session as the first brush of paint on the canvas. A place for us all to gather and attempt to understand what is going on, and what we can do about it. People from all over the world participated in this 1,5 hour workshop, interacting with strangers, collaborating and sharing ideas.
This is the first step on a new path towards a network of individuals coming together and making the impossible possible. We tackled the two big themes “Remaining Visionary” and “Better Business”, discussing opportunities and and challenges in the midst of a pandemic.
“This experiment that we’re doing now altogether is part of all the opportunities that we can create. This is something completely new, it’s a strange experiment that we would’ve never done in a normal situation. One of the opportunities is this meeting.”
